READY TO GET OUT OF CORPORATE DENTISTRY?

Ligocki Dental Group is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team!

If you’re an experienced dental assistant who is tired of feeling like a number, rushing from patient to patient, chasing production goals, and working in an environment where patient care can sometimes feel secondary to the business side of dentistry… we’d love to meet you.

At Ligocki Dental Group, we believe dentistry should feel personal — for our patients and our team.

What makes us different?

A privately owned dental practice.
Patient care comes first — not corporate production quotas.
A supportive, team-oriented environment.
Time to actually connect with your patients.
Doctors and team members who value your skills and input.
A more personal, family-like atmosphere.
The opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients.
A team that works together rather than competing against one another.

We’re looking for someone who is kind, dependable, confident, compassionate, and takes pride in being a great dental assistant. Someone who wants to come to work, do meaningful work, laugh with their coworkers, care for their patients, and actually enjoy where they work.

If you’ve been thinking, “There has to be something better than corporate dentistry…”

There is.

Ligocki Dental Group
